The depth behind every slate
Projections blend DraftKings data, injury and inactive checks, and our own models. Here is what goes into a build, in plain terms. The picks and lineups themselves are for subscribers.
Matchups, not just names
Team offense and defense rates, pace, and which receivers line up against which defenders.
Usage and role
Season-long player usage and depth-chart role, so a salary is read against the work a player actually gets.
Injuries and inactives
Status checks through the week and again before lock, so a late scratch changes the build, not just the notes.
Conditions
Weather and venue for every outdoor game.
Our own results
Every contest we enter is graded against DraftKings results and fed back into how we build the next slate.
